Lag in giving users account access

We use queries to give users access to certain accounts. Before the switch to web view, we could add an account to a query, save it, and the user would have immediate access to the added account. Now there is a major lag. I gave multiple users access to a new account last week and by this week they still say they are unable to access the account. This is really slowing down our invoice approval process. Users will have to select a different account in place of the correct one in order for their invoice to make it through the approval process. Once the invoice has been approved, the accounts payable person has to go into the invoice and switch the account to the correct one. Is anyone else having this issue?

That sounds broken. Most times when I do that, it is almost instant. It certainly shouldn't take a week. If you've not reached out to FENXT support yet, I would ASAP to get the ball rolling.
