Report Issues

Has anyone found a resolution for the errors in running reports in NXT for prior fiscal years? The first issue I ran into was an error that said something about no year for column 0. Apparently, even though I was running a report for 2023, it needed a current fiscal year in place (even though there has been no activity this year). Now that I've done that, it says there are no records that meet the criteria but I know there is.

for the fiscal year itself , you do always have to make the new fiscal year, even to report on previous fiscal years.

As for the no records meet criteria, I'd double check your filters. If need be, make a quick new report and just run it for 2023 and make sure it runs. If it does, I'd check filters on the report to make sure they aren't excluding data.

  • @Kevin Brazell Unfortunately, when I try to do a new report for 2023 for just one account it is still giving the error that no records match. Nothing is excluded on either report, so I don't understand why the balance sheet gives me the balances in each account but why the reports by Project Fund state there are no records to match.
