Batch Template Showing Incorrect Fields Available

I created a custom batch type with multiple fields. However, when I try to add a Batch Template within CRM the fields that are available to add to the template do not match the fields from the batch type spec.

I am wondering where these fields are coming from and how to resolve this?

    I want to say to check your add row data form template. I think that is the description of the fields from that form. But it has been a while since I wrote a custom batch.
