Is anyone aware of a way to have a header (student name) appear at the top of each page of a multiple page report card?

    If you're using the new builder, you will need to add an area to the top of the report card that contains the students name. Then, you should see the option at the top left of the Design Form tab to “Repeat first row on all pages”. This will show the students name at the top of each page :)
