"Grade" category missing in adavanced list data object

I am looking for the “Grade” category in the advanced list data objects but cannot locate it even though it is mentioned in the data dictionary. I am trying to get the list of “grade plan grade” for each term along with the category associated. Any leads would be appreciated in fetching this data.

Hi @Aayush Jain if you follow this knowledge base article:

and expand the “Grading” object after you view/copy the list you should see the grade category object to add to your list. Most objects are interlinked within the tables and you will have to add one to get the other to show up. Reviewing the linked Data Diagram (right next to the data dictionary link) will show you a better picture of what relationships the different objects have.

Hi @Todd DeSchuiteneer, this was super helpful and it worked too. But I'm looking for a more direct way to fetch the “grade plan grade”. This requires student's grade data to be present on Blackbaud in order to populate the same in the response but what I am looking for is a direct list of Grade plan grades. Any possibility on that?

@Aayush Jain at this time there is no endpoint to return a student's grade plan grades however, the advanced list created with the KB article referenced earlier could be accessed via SKY API at the GET List Single endpoint.
