1099 Printing

I am attempting to process 1099 and when I try to generate the forms nothing is happening. I have gone through the training resources and do not see we need to enter any criteria in the filters. Has anyone had luck printing 1099 yet? I called and created a ticket however have no faith this will be reviewed anytime soon.

    @Jennifer Benson Are you using Aatrix to process? I'm having terrible difficulty this year with the connection between BB and Aatrix :(

    @Jennifer Benson I am having similiar issue the report is generated and we can see our 1099 vendors and then when AAtrix opens and loads there's no data in them. I have spend 4-5 hours on hold and in the chat with reps from blackbaud with no success

    Aatrix reps point me to blackbaud for help
