Hi,

i was wondering if someone could help us.. we can't seem to move past this screen… the “next” button will not activate… but we don't know why…

not sure what we are doing wrong…

any help would be greatly appreciated…

Yes nothing seems to work… still greyed out… we're stuck… ? i'm sure we're doing something wrong but just not sure what…

@Eric Mullen Also, it wouldn't function for me in Chrome so I had to use Firefox…weird but it worked…for that part.

I've had issues in Chrome, but Edge and Firefox seem to work without issue so far.

so the issue is the period after the T… not allowed… ?

@Eric Mullen In the 1099Tax Q&A they hosted yesterday they said if your company information (tax and state ID) was not setup correctly under Payables, Settings, Organization info it could cause issues. I am not sure if that correlates to this issue.
