    @Richard Pan, I have seen this before when Google logs a user out of their gmail profile and then they try to use the profile to SSO into Blackbaud. The solution that has worked for me is to first have the user visit the Google home page at www.google.com and then click their picture/icon in the upper-right of the screen to review which of their google accounts are currently logged in. It will sometimes displayed “signed out” next to any profiles that have been logged out. If you click on that profile, it will prompt the user to sign back in again. Once they are signed in to their Google profile, then they can resume trying to access Blackbaud resources and things usually SSO just fine at that point. Google used to permit users to stay logged in indefinitely to their google profile, but I've been noticing that I get logged of automatically much more now.
