Measuring Constituent Engagement

I am looking for a way to measure not just an individual's engagement, but also groups of individuals (eg. all the major gift donors). NXT has the timeline tile, but I don't see any way of exporting this info and it is missing email engagement. I don't see anything in report builder or query either. Is this something that is available in Insight Designer (we don't have that)?

@Patty Driscoll - Red Arc has an add-in tile that can display an engagement score - you decide what is weighted and how. They have 21 day free trial if you want to try it out:
