Getting a complete list of unsubscribed emails

Hi all, I know that you can get a list of those who have unsubscribed from a single marketing email, but is there a way to get a complete list of ALL unsubscribed emails without having to export each individual marketing unsubscribe list separately?

Also, we have alumni who have granted us permission to email them about a particular program, but don't know if any of them have previously unsubscribed from an NXT marketing email. Is there a way through NXT to upload a list that can be emailed that is not subject to the NXT unsubscribe filtering or to override that filtering?

@Eric Valdescaro - If your system is set up to add consent records when someone opts-out you can query on these. If not, you can look for emails that have a DNC/Do Not Email marked; this one is not as straightforward depending on if you already use this field for other processes.

@Austen Brown Thanks! - I just learned that we do have the consent records set up. IDK if they've always been on, but we may need to trust them.
