SKY API - Action list (All constituents) returns 500 status code

Hello! When I try to use the Action list (All constituents) operation in the SKY API, it returns this error:

HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error

cache-control: no-cache

content-length: 36

content-type: application/json; charset=utf-8

expires: -1

pragma: no-cache

"Message": "An error has occurred."

}

I've been able to use all the other operations I've tried (Constituent list, Gift list, etc) with no issue. Also, the Action list (Single constituent) operation works without issue.

I'm using Entrinsik Informer to make calls to the API, but I get the same error when just using the “Try it” button in the API reference.

Does Try it works for other api calls?

Thanks for your response. Yes, I've used “Try it” successfully for “Action list (Single constituent)" and also “Gift list”. It's only “Action list (All constituents)” that's giving me the 500 response.

I don't have problem running the action list all constituent API through Try It or hitting the endpoint directly from Power Automate. So I don't think it is a global problem with this particular API. I agree with Chris, you should open a suport case
