Emergency contacts - /school/v1/users/emergencycontacts/changed

I'm trying to use this endpoint to return all emergency contacts by leaving off start_date.

However, only ~50 students have contacts in the response. The school has ~600 students with emergency contacts.

Is this supposed to return all contacts if no is start_date specified, or am I misusing it?

If this is the intended behavior, is there an endpoint for getting all emergency contacts?

    Hi @Eric Eskildsen, in testing on my sample databases I'm returning the expected result when not includeing the change date. I am going to reach out to you in our existing ticket to gather a bit more information from you.
