Removing a class from a report card and transcript.

It seems that just dropping a student from a class does not remove the record from the report card or transcript. How does one go about removing a class from a student's transcript and report card?

@Richard Pan Hi, If you want a course to disappear (like the student never took it) you have to use the “error” button when you drop the class. The “error” button will not appear if attendance exists. I find and delete the attendance first and then “error drop” the student. If you have already dropped the student, re-enroll him in that class. Then delete the attendance and the error drop button will be available to you.

The simple way is to set your transcripts and report cards to not show dropped courses, but that comes with its own problems when you want to give a student partial credit for a course they dropped.

Assuming you are not using the old report card or transcript builder, go to edit Course Section and have is set as so:
