Parent access during summer (class placement)

How do we make sure the parent do not see the class placement which is entered during the summer time? Is the best way to make the parent inactive? or is there another way?

@Mitchell We - we change the date in our Group Page Access - we date the access date to a couple of days before the 1st day of school. We set this January 15 when we start setting up course requests

@Mitchell We I make sure the parents don't have any group page access or schedule set access (out of an abundance of caution because they always seem to find the “way around”).

@Mitchell We Just to add on to the group page access comments; something that has got me in the past is setting the "School Level" group access and not verifying that there are no conflicting “Individual Class” settings.
