How to enter vendor in webview so checks print first name/last name, but sort last name/first name

When setting up vendors in database view we could use first name\\last name and the check would print first name last name, but the check order would sort by last name. How can we set up vendors in webview to maintain this functionality now that vendor records in database has been turned off?

Type your main vendor name as “lastname, firstname”. Then in the address area, there is a field called “Payee Name” where you can type the name to appear on the check as "firstname lastname". This field corresponds to the Options tab in the database address, where you could enter the name as you want it to appear on the check.
