Attempting integration with Blackbaud FENXT multiple issues...

I note that there are only APIs for GL and AP data, why haven't APIs for AR been developed?
Anyway I have tried to use the Query API calls to get the AR data. I can get the main transactions Invoices, Credit Memos, Returns, Charges, Payments and Refunds but it seems as though getting the data that links them together is impossible e.g. where a payment has been applied to several invoices it doesn't seem possible to write a query that gets the individual allocation amounts. I have also noticed inconsistences with other linkage info e.g. credit memos to invoices - it seems to produce extra entries… Is this dodgy sandbox data?
There is no API or Query available to get the actual organisations data e.g. company name, address e.t.c.
The sandbox is not allowing me all the full functionality. I can't edit AR or GL data only AP data and bizarrely only the AR reports are available. I need a TB report and AP aging report…
Please help and advise.
