Tribute Gifts in RE NXT

Our organization recently enabled the ability for donors to make tribute gifts on our donation form. I have noticed over the past few weeks that when these tribute gifts show up in my web batches, it is very difficult to see that it is a tribute gift. The only visual clue that there is a tribute attached to the gift is the appearance of an additional field on the far-left side of the screen under “Gift Details” titled “Tribute”. It is very small and difficult for me to notice.

Has anyone found a good solution for an easier way of being able to spot them in a batch before it is committed?

Additionally, I have noticed Tribute gifts do not have validation for the Honoree. So many of the tributes I have received have automatically created new records for the honorees, without allowing me to verify that the honoree isn't already in the database, and possibly match that record, reducing data clean-up.

Is there any kind of way to enable an “Online data review” like we use for online gifts, for tribute honorees?

Right now, I think the answer to both of these questions is no.

Product Update Briefings are coming up in early May, and there might be news about these two issues. You could also check the Idea Bank and vote up existing ideas, or add your own. Note that the idea bank requires a separate login, even though it appears to be part of the Community.
