Sample Power Automate Flow To Get Tally for Cash Gifts Per Appeal

Hello,

Hope all is well. I am very new in Power Automate flow development. Hence, I was wondering if any of you can help me with this : I need to build a PA flow so I can read a donation file that consists of Fund, Appeal and Campaign as well as donation amount and will send an email that will show a tally of how many donations (by count and total amount) are received per each appeal. I have proceeded successfully to get the tally of total count and amount of all donations in the file. However, I am not sure how to get the same for each appeal and send that in an email message. Can someone help pls?

please show what your “donation file” look like, how is this file obtained? (i.e. are you using gift list SKY API, QUery API, or are you manually exporting from RE)

how are you doing count and amount? are you looping through the list of gift? (if so, while it will work, a donation file of a few hundreds / thousands will take the flow a while to finish), there are more efficient way than using loop. Show some screenshot of what you doing now so I can give you recommendations.
