We had several instances this past event where people would sign up to be on a team and would appear in the roster and then days later were not there. Has anyone had this occur? Our event team would then enter them again on the backend.

This looks like a great candidate to reach out to Blackbaud Support at https://support.blackbaud.com to have them look into this behavior. It is not normal in the way that it should work.
