Adding Texts as Actions

Our team is increasingly communicating with our donors via text and would like to be able to easily add these as Actions as they do with email via the Blackbaud for Outlook connector. Has anyone dabbled in creating an interface to allow for this??

like outlook addin for email is not possible with sms text in my opinion, as txt app doens't have a “plugin” or addon that can be assoicated.

it is possible IF your team is not using their phone's txt app, instead use a txt service, where the service has an API too, then you can programmatically have text be sent out AND recorded in RE NXT
