504 Gateway Time Out Error

The UConn Foundation uses SKY API’s to post Accounts Payable Invoices. When we first started with FENXT in 2019, we could post all 1,000 rows of data in one invoice.

Over the years, the number of rows that would successfully post into one invoice was reduced to 200 and then 100, creating multiple FENXT A/P invoices for one vendor invoice.

This month, we can only get 75 rows at a time to post successfully. We are getting a 504 Gateway Time Out Error with 100 rows.

Has anyone else experienced this limitation?
