"The service is currently unavailable, please try again." for /v1/users/employments

We've seen an issue with the /v1/users/employments endpoint for two schools over the past month. It's lasted days for both of them.
It stopped for School 1 at some point. Now it's happening to School 2. It acts like the same issue, as far as the error message. Both times, the employments endpoint works for other schools. Also, other endpoints work for the affected school. It's only the employments endpoint that fails.
Do you know what could be causing this?

- We call /v1/users/employments with any base role IDs.

} - The endpoint works for other schools. We wait a day to see if the error will go away.
- 5/30/2025
- The error is still occurring.
- We open a ticket.
- Support asks for a HAR file, which we send that day.
- 6/3/2025
- Support says /v1/users/employments works for them. They ask for the authenticated user, the URL we're using, and an example user for whom we expect to retrieve data.
- We send back the authenticated user and a token response.
- 6/4/2025
- Support sends a link to the ticket.
- 6/27/2025
- Support asks for the call URL. This was already provided in the HAR file, but fortunately, testing shows that the endpoint is back online anyway, so we close the ticket.
- We don't know exactly when the endpoint came online, as we had paused using it.

Like before, other endpoints are operational for this school. Only /v1/users/employments errors out.
