Application ownership transfer needed

Hello,

Our team is basically in the same exact predicament detailed in this thread:

We need ownership of an application transferred to another person since the owner of the application no longer works with us, and the email of the previous owner of the application was deleted. Our internal admin attempted to remake the email to regain control of the application, but it did not let him login.

Please advise. Thanks!

Hey @Zach Dawson, since you pinged me in the other thread (sorry I missed that) and have been waiting a bit, I'll reach out to you directly.

For others that find this thread… If you are part of the Blackbaud Partner program, you can reach out to your contact on the Partner Team to inquiry about transferring your application. Current Blackbaud customers should reach out to Blackbaud Support.

When inquiring, you'll need to provide the application along with proof of ownership. Please note if you already have access to the application either through your developer team or by being a contributor directly on the application.
