GET accounts/segments/id fails

We're building a new integration with FE NXT and testing the various endpoints via Postman and the Cohort Sandbox. All endpoints work well, except GET https://api.sky.blackbaud.com/generalledger/v1/accounts/segments/{segment_id} returns "Error": "Account segment id not found" despite using a valid segment id. Interestingly, API docs specify it as: "error": "The specified record could not be found. The record has either been deleted or you do not have rights to view it."

Any insights or assistance would be super appreciated!
