Has anyone tried running checks today? We are working on it right now and the PDF that generates and we use to print the actual checks is not opening. We've had the death spin running for 10 minutes now. When we look from another computer it appears the checks have generated…

  • @JoAnne Thielen I am having an issue as well. I've chatted with support earlier today but still no fix. I was hoping it had something to do with the issues that FENXT was having today. However, I'm still not able to print the pre payment report and feel like I will have issues printing the checks as well. How do we escalate this?

  • @Tonya Kilgore what is your case #? We are going to put in a case and I can tag your case #. I do not work in the Business Office, but they just emailed me. Sounds like they've had an issue since last Thursday. Below is what they said.

    The check run last Thursday was a nightmare. I know I did a "generate checks" after the prepayment report and it supposedly I GUESS it did that? but the "generate checks" pdf never came through. However, it DID record those checks as having been printed so I had to void all 40 some and start again. This time I started with like 2 or 5 (I don't remember) and the same thing happened. Had to void those a second time. This time I went to one check at a time for the 40-some checks. Dana helped me do it and we made it through but it was not fun.

    I think we both chalked it up to a one-time nasty glitch somewhere but today I went to run a prepayment report for some bank drafts and tried four times and can't even get the prepayment report to run. This bodes poorly for the check run tomorrow.

  • @Josceline Reardon Thank you for including my case number with yours. Maybe the number of people having issues will help them to work on this faster?? My case # is #020390318. Obviously, very frustrating for us. I know it's the same with everyone. I liked it much better when I could export my prepayment report to excel…..before they made the changes. I don't know about anyone else but when I'm printing checks, I'm just printing checks. I don't need to multitask at that time and have things run in the background. Needless to say, I'm not a fan of the recent changes!

    Trying to pull prepayment report today, Thursday 7/10/25, not getting any response. Is anyone else having this issue?

    FYI they just sent this.

    We understand that this began with last Thursday’s check run and has since escalated, now affecting the generation of prepayment reports. We recognize the significant disruption this has caused, especially with the need to void and reprocess over 40 checks manually multiple times.

    We’ve also noted that a similar issue was reported by Thales Academy, and we are reviewing their case (Tonya Kilgore) to identify any patterns that may help us resolve this more efficiently.

    Regarding the prepayment report, this appears to be an ongoing issue. Our team is actively investigating and treating it with high priority. Additionally, we are aware that the check files are not appearing after clicking the Generate Checks button. I will need to consult with our internal team on this specific behavior and will provide you with an update once I have more information.

  • @Josceline Reardon This issue appears to have been resolved overnight for us. I hope the rest of you have a functional system today as well.

  • @JoAnne Thielen Yes I ran mine today and they were fine. I did a test first of 1 check and 1 EFT to make sure.

  • @Josceline Reardon i just tried running prepaid report, and it did generate a pdf. Do you know if the check payment pdf issue was fixed?
