Auto-Renewal Notices are pullling expiration dates MONTHS in advance

Hi folks,

My org has been using auto-renewals for a bit, but we've been behind on the communications ball in regards to auto-renewals. I was looking at the email notices for auto-renewals, but looking at the list it pulls, the constituents selected are dated to expire in November of this year rather than next August like it's supposed to (The only option I see in the notices are marked for 1-month before the expiration date)?

Is there a way to manually adjust these in any way or is it all automatic?

  • I’ve run into this same issue as well.

    Right now, I use a query to pull members who are set to auto-renew in the current month so I can notify them in advance about the upcoming charge. That approach works, but I’d love to know if there’s a way to more easily pull auto-renewing members directly from the Membership Solicitations setup tab instead of having to rely on a custom query.

    If anyone has a workaround or insight into this, I’d really appreciate it!
