Purchase Order Entry is Terrible!

I have to say that entering a purchase order into FENXT is terrible! Yesterday, I entered a PO with a substantial number of lines. Because the project numbers were unavailable, I entered in different accounts just so I could get the PO into the system. I went in this morning to correct everything. All the amounts assigned to each account were wrong (?). I entered the correct accounts with the correct project numbers and corrected all the amounts - it would not let me save - what the heck!!!! Someone needs to take a look at this process, because this is not working for us! And don't get me started on all the fields that are redundant or unnecessary. Very disappointed in this process.
