    The patch report says ALL assemblies were patched?  Seems like a lot of assemblies for only two bugs.

    Will the open rate for emails sent between upgrade to SP17 and installation of hotfix 1725 be "fixed/adjusted"? Or, should we expect that some emails will remain as showing 1%-ish open rates after installing hotfix 1725?
