Clean Your Query Selections

Do you have too many Query Selections but don’t know how to remove them from your query views?  You can do the following steps to remove them from Query Designer:


1.  In Blackbaud CRM, click Analysis, and then Query.


2.  Select the Selections tab.


3.  Highlight the selection that you would like to mark inactive and click Edit.

4.  On the Edit selection screen, unmarked the following checkboxes:

• 
  
• Show this selection in the query designer
  
• Active
  

7.  Click Save.


8. Repeat these steps for all of the outdated Selections.


When you open a new Query Designer the Selections list is nice and clean.
