Blackbaud CRM & BBIS SP16 Is Now Available!

We are pleased to announce that the Q2 2018 Release of Blackbaud CRM & BBIS is now available.  Service Pack 16 for version 4.0 released today, and is available on the Blackbaud downloads page.  
 
In addition to several quality improvements, we have added valuable functionality in the following areas:
 
BBCRM

• Recurring Giving - Additional frequency (every 4 weeks) now available
• Gift Aid R68  - New commit exception management capability
• Right to be Forgotten (RTBF)  -  A new global change allows organizations to remove constituent history from the database

BBIS

• Acquisition Form Part - Capture constituent information without requiring registration or logging

A quick note about versioning in Blackbaud CRM and BBIS:

Blackbaud CRM follows a numeric versioning scheme to identify the latest software release and the type of update. The versioning scheme structure is the major release number, minor release number, security number, and build number, with each number separated by a period: major.minor.security.build.  For additional information on how application changes determine changes to our builds, please review the Versioning Scheme section of our PA-DSS Implementation Guide.
