Cybersource SOAP Toolkit Connectivity Update

Some of our Cybersource customers let us know they received an email from Cybersource at the end of January letting customers know they were upgrading the certificate used with Production API endpoints for both the SOAP Toolkit and the Simple Order API connection methods.  They went on to say that in order to be prepared for the udpate, you should run test transactions against a Test Environment URL to ensure you could process successfully.


We just wanted to notify you that for Cybersource customers using Altru, we have confirmed with our payments team that you do not need to do any testing on your end for this change.  Our Payments Team is testing this and making changes, as needed.  Therefore, the necessary steps have been taken to ensure you can continue to process successfully.
