Where Have All The (Certification) Badges Gone?

Planning on getting certified this year.

I have a question (or ten!) I hope to do my certification this year. I originally got set up in BB community with my old workplace so now I have an account under my personal email address in the Champions system, and this is my account for my new workplace, which is a one-year contract. If I do my certification, how do I ensure it stays with "me" and not my contract employer login. Does that even make sense? Ha, thanks.
