Expanded support capabilities coming for Blackbaud Tuition Management®, Blackbaud Award Management™, Blackbaud Altru®, Blackbaud eTapestry®, and Blackbaud’s Payment Services customers.Soon more customers will be able to find answers to their questions through our enhanced support chat experience. Starting January 9, 2025, Tuition Management, Award Management, Altru, eTapestry, and Payment Services customers will be able to experience the power of AI through our support chat virtual assistant.

Our goal is to provide top-tier support and reduce your time and effort spent finding the answers you need. Our Virtual Assistant has been trained in Blackbaud’s expert resources, including Knowledgebase and product help documentation, which means that you can immediately find personalized, trustworthy answers to your questions at any time, without having to wait for a live agent.
And, in instances where the Virtual Assistant does not fully address your needs, you can easily turn to our skilled support agents for further assistance—all without having to navigate to a different page.
Improvements Driven by Customer Feedback:
Each time you use the Virtual Assistant, you‘ll be asked to rate if the response was helpful. Your feedback is critical in helping us continually improve the experience. In fact, we’ve already expanded the virtual assistant’s capabilities based on feedback from Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT®, Raiser’s Edge®, Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT®, Financial Edge®, and education management customers.
