Redirect URIs no longer required for registering new applications

A new shared changelog was posted on 3/24/2020.

The redirect URI is no longer a required field when you add an application, so it was moved from the Register application and Edit application screens to the Redirect URIs tile on the Application details page. However, if your application wants to request authorization to a Blackbaud customer's data, it still is required to include a redirect_uri parameter in the query string.

    Just a minor point of clarity...we've relaxed the requirement to have a Redirect URI to better accommodate SKY applications that won't be making SKY API calls (ex: apps that only make use of SKY add-ins).  Developers building apps that make SKY API calls will still need to provide a Redirect URI (now done through the Redirect URIs tile), and of course include a redirect_uri parameter when initiating the OAuth flow or calling the /token endpoint.
