Online Express sign-up form and download sign-ups buttin

Hello.

We are using web view for our email blasts. However, I've noticed there's nowhere in NXT for an email sign up form or to download new email sign-ups. When will this be available in web view? See enclosed screenshot.

Just so it's clear, I'm not talking about consent. That's a different process.

Thanks,

Jane

Do not quote me, but I don't believe this will be in webview. I recommend watching the PUBs and any other webinars that Blackbaud offers about email, and asking your question there.

Also search the idea bank to see if it is listed. It may have a status from Blackbaud such as "under review" or "will not implement".

    Hi Jane,

There are some great automations for this if you are using Power Automate yet. If they don't build it in as @Karen Diener remembers that might be why. . . That and the Constant Contact (which again isn't going to help me as we are not going to pay for an additional vendor)

You can use the CC sync with a free trial on CC - I wonder what's included in that and if it would be possible to have a sign-up form on CC that feeds into RE NXT through the integration.

@Melanie Schoeneck - do you know if the CC/RE NXT integration goes both ways?

  • Thanks, everyone. I have commented and viewed on a related idea in the idea bank. A colleague did ask about this at a recent email-related webinar but they only talked about consent, which is why I mentioned that in my post.

There's no great urgency. I'll ask at the next product update meeting.

    Thanks,

    Jane
