Assistance Required: Raiser's Edge Integration Permissions for Membership Queries with Dotdigital

Hello,

We are currently experiencing an issue with our Raiser's Edge integration with Dotdigital.

Dotdigital’s support team has advised that the authenticated user (my account) may not have the necessary permissions to perform membership queries, which is preventing contacts from syncing correctly.

Could someone please confirm:

  • What permissions are required for the authenticated user to run membership queries via Sky API?
  • How can we ensure this account has the appropriate access/scopes applied?

Any guidance or steps to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

    what api endpoint are you trying to do? by membership queries, do you mean standard membership api or query api querying on membership fields.
