Power BI Custom Connector - Access is Forbidden

Good morning!

I have used the connector for my work before and had no issues with pulling data down. However, on a consulting job I am working on where I have admin access to their database, and my app has full access/permissions I am still getting the 'Access to the resource is forbidden.' error.

I have tried rebuilding the connector on the chance I didn't save something right, remove the custom app from the company marketplace, and changed my permissions from read only to full. Sadly, I am at a loss and need to get the job completed soon to meet my deadlines.

Can anyone provide any guidance?

by rebuilding the connector, I assume you mean you rebuild the Blackbaud.mez file.

Did you make sure you updated the mez file's subscription, client id, and client secret text file?
