Staging Environments to be Upgraded September 30, 2025

This is an important update from Blackbaud that will impact your staging databases. 

Blackbaud will be performing maintenance on our staging databases on Tuesday, September 30, 6-11 p.m. EDT. 

During this time, staging environments may be unavailable for a short period of time. The staging sites will not be unavailable during the entire five-hour block, but you may not be able to access your staging database during a small increment of time within that time frame. 

As a note, this will not affect your production databases in any way, and we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Hi @Regina Holten Staging environments are unique to each organization and purchased for testing. If your organization has purchased an environment, you should be able to access it within the Blackbaud.com Omnibar similar to your Altru production database. If you're interested in learning more about purchasing a staging environment, an agent can provide more information through Chat Support.
