Student Address not appearing on transcript.

I have three students where the address is not showing up on their transcript. I've been doing troubleshooting changing address and resaving, making sure it is the preferred address. Has anyone seen this issue.

This answer is for the new transcript builder. Your mileage may vary.

On the transcript header, you have to specify the use of the preferred address or mailing address.

On the contact card, if the student's address record is not marked as being the mailing address or preferred address, no address will be included on the transcript.

Did you check the transcript set-up to verify that the address being requested in the Preferred address?
