AI hallucinations specific to Blackbaud - Let's try to get better info into the cloud

Have you ever used AI to figure out how to do something with Blackbaud only to know the AI didn't come up with accurate instructions? In order to correct it - it needs to be able to find the correct instructions out there.

My logic is that while I can instruct my use of ChatGPT what is right that it doesn't help anyone but me. Here is our change to include the prompt with the correct answer when we notice it is incorrect.
