Continuing Our Network Modernization: New IP Addresses for SFTP Traffic

In August 2024, we announced changes to the public IP addresses used for traffic originating from some Blackbaud products, including Blackbaud CRM™.

With this change, we asked that some customers routinely review Knowledgebase article "What IP addresses does Blackbaud use for egress traffic?" for new IP addresses which would be updated more frequently moving forward.

What’s Changing in 2025?

We recently added additional IP addresses for some Blackbaud CRM customers as part of our ongoing commitment to enhance security and optimize network performance.

Note: This change is only for customers who use an allow list on a SFTP site that they host or that a 3rd party hosts.

Do I Need to Take Action?

Your organization’s IT resources will need to determine if your organization is allow-listing IP addresses from Blackbaud.

We will also notify customers via our change management process to ensure your organization can seamlessly adapt to these changes and continue using Blackbaud solutions without interruption.

Our Ongoing Commitment

Our focus is to enhance security, while providing reliable services that meet your organization’s needs.

We encourage you to review the Knowledgebase article “What action may be required as a result of enhanced security at Blackbaud?” for additional details and FAQs.
