Online Data Review Not Working?

Hi, has anyone else had the issue where the address from online data review is only partially copied? I was reviewing a gift that came in through BBMS/NXT and the address for the constituent was different from the address we had on file. I selected the option to add the online donation form address to the record and mark it as the primary address. When I went to print the acknowledgement letter and envelope, the city, state, and zip code were not on the record. It was just the street with the apartment number. I double checked in the email notification that had been sent to me that the donor did include their full address on the donation form, and I had seen the entire address during the data review process, but the entire thing was not there afterwards….see screen shots in both web view and db view….is this an issue that others have had?

This sounds like a case for support - I haven't had this happen, so it could be that you have found a glitch.

Mary, did you get any response back from support? Curious to hear if there has been a resolution. I've talked to someone else who is having this issue as well now.

I've heard of this bug within the FB group as well. Definitely report it to support, if you haven't already.
