Candidates Name in new Parent View

Does anybody know why the candidates name doesn't show at the top of the new Parent View? If the parent is applying multiple candidates, it's difficulty to know which student checklist they are viewing…

It does show up in for us in the parent view, right at the top of the page. I've edited out our student name, but here is a pic of what our parents see on the new parent view screen. Maybe if you have a banner photo it's causing a problem? We've yet to add that.
