  • I keep trying to register for the Financial Esge product update session but it keeps asking me to sign in even though I'm already signed in. Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

Hi Tim, I'm reaching out via email to assist with your registration. Talk soon!

  • Revert reports back to the way it was before the "improvements"

  • I really appreciated the focus on user-driven enhancements in this update, especially the improvements to reporting and dashboard customization. These changes will make it much easier to visualize financial data and share insights across teams. One suggestion for future updates: consider adding more automation for recurring journal entries to save time and reduce manual errors. Overall, great job on listening to the community and delivering features that truly add value!

  • While I still appreciate that report generation happens in the background, I am often adjusting report setups and re-running reports with small changes (both for setup and comparison reasons). To view the results without closing the setup window, I have to NOT click that green notification before it disappears (or the download opens in the same tab as I'm trying to work in, losing the report setup) and go to a separate tab, click-click-click-download… Why do reports not just download automatically anymore? The extra steps are difficult to accept quietly, especially when they weren't previously necessary.
