Are Reports Even Working?

I'm trying to run a report. It should literally take 2 minutes. It's been at least 30 minutes and counting since I "generated" my possibly third version of the report. Why possibly third? Because I have no way to tell if I clicked generate the first two times that were about 10 minutes apart. Since the report should only take 2 minutes to run, I had to assume I did not click the button. The third time, I know I did and documented the time when I clicked it.

Did they take away the report timer so they could hide how long it is taking now?

Why would any company change something that was working adequately for their customers in order to make it worse in every possible way for their customers?

Agree. They really messed up the report generator.
