Updates to the Payments API

To support direct debit processing in batch workflows, we added a new POST direct debit transaction batch endpoint.

Note: This endpoint is in preview mode and has limited availability.

The endpoint allows consumers to upload and process a batch of back-office direct debit transactions, following the same logic as the existing card batch endpoint.
