Unable to assign fundraisers

Today (Jan 13), we can't assign canvassers to accounts - the 'save' button simply refuses to click. This was brought to my attention by a fundraiser, but I (admin) can't either. Are we missing something or is NXT having a moment?

  • Yes, I noticed this yesterday, January 12. The box to type in the fundraiser name is missing. Until it's fixed, I am adding fundraisers through database.

    I don't know if it's the same issue, but as of yesterday afternoon I can't assign a specific fundraiser. The drop down box is completely gone, but everything else is available (and can't save obviously without having someone assigned).

    Our data person is submitting a ticket. At first, it seemed to only effect me and my boss as theirs was working; they checked later and it was then happening to them.

  • Thank you for confirming I hadn't simply admin-ed myself out of being able to do this :D we're using RE7 as an interim measure too.
