Action Attachments connector?

I'm trying to determine which API (or multiples) I should be using to be able to build a flow that will send me a single email listing all Action records that have an Attachment on them?

I have something already that provides me the Constituent records that have Attachments, but was unsuccessful in converting it to do something similar with Actions.

Initially I copied the flow for Constituent Attachments and tried inserting new action steps. That didn't work too well. So I made another attempt by creating a new flow, while viewing the Constituent Actions on a second monitor. There were enough errors that I'm starting over, as nothing substantial would save.

I have an Action list. I would like the flow to find those with an Attachment, and send me a single email with all Actions that have Attachments. Basic information in the email. I don't need a lot of information in the email, simply getting a link to the Action, the ConsID and Constituent Name will be enough.

Should my connector be Blackbaud Raisers Edge NXT Interactions, and List action attachments? I see something similar with Blackbaud Raisers Edge NXT, so I'm not sure.
