Publishing an answer key after a submission is made?

Hello!

In a math class, students have a worksheet to complete and turn in as an Assignment. Is there a way to make an answer key available to an individual student, but only after they turn in the assignment?

I looked into creating an assessment, which can show the answers after the student completes the assessment, but for a math class this would require the teacher to recreate the entire worksheet of math problems in the Assessment format, which is quite time consuming.

Has anyone done something similar, with showing an answer key only after the assignment is submitted (not graded)? How have you set this up? Thanks in advance!

@Krista Gunzel That sounds handy but as far as I know, there isn't any sort of automation available for when students submit assignments. We would LOVE if Blackbaud gave us the option to run classes by "Module" like many other LMSs. If that option was available, you could have it setup so that an "ungraded" assignment could show up for students after submitting the first assignment. That ungraded assignment could have the answer key attached. If your teacher REALLY wants to do this, it would probably have to be manual. Something like, the teacher keeps an eye on submissions and manually provides the link to the answer key in the comment box for each student. Curious to see if anyone else has suggestions!
