Using tab in Journal Entry going to previous row

Is anyone else having the issue as to when you create a new row in a journal batch in FE NXT (using default row) and hit "tab" to go to the next column, the cursor moves up to the previous row? This is very annoying and time-consuming to have to keep moving my cursor manually back down to the new row to enter new information in a particular column.

    I just tried it in chrome and it's moving forward. If it's persisting, try another browser just to see if it's browser specific?
